Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't believe my luck with the room I got at this hotel; mine had a beautiful sea view with the best sunset! However, it was a bit inconvenient that all rooms are charged the same. The service was top-notch, with incredibly friendly and approachable staff, particularly Leo, Greg, George, and Taylor. The location was excellent, providing a lovely experience with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, and it was well-run overall. The dining experience left much to be desired though, as there could have been more food choices and some fruit juices available. The facilities were modern and well-kept.
The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though not the most comfortable, provided a pleasant sight with notable amenities like Air-Con, Wet Room, hairdryer, and Balcony. However, the shower was unpredictable with sudden changes in temperature, leaving a sense of disbelief regarding uniform pricing. Service was friendly and exceptional, especially Greg, who stood out for going above and beyond, though occasionally leaving doors and windows open. The location was delightful, with a tidy bar and restaurant, well-kept pool, and stunning sunsets, conveniently close to Aspar supermarket. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a varied selection but disappointing sausages.
Our stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered a great view of the sea. The service was exceptional, with the team, especially Greg, being friendly, helpful, and hard-working. The location was lovely, tidy, and conveniently near various amenities. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options and long wait times. On the upside, the facilities were well-maintained and the overall value for money was decent.
